St. Anselm Cheerleaders
Bottle Drive
The St. Anselm Cheer Teams are conducting an on-going bottle drive to help raise funds and defray the cost of their cheer camp and gear. If you can help in this endeavor, please drop off your bagged/boxed cans and bottles in the church vestibule after Masses; at the
rectory weekdays from 9-2:30pm or call

Coach Marcia at 313-277-3844 to arrange for pick up. Your donations are greatly
appreciated!


 

“St. Anselm School Memorial Fund”
This fund was established to help raise money for the tuition fund at St. Anselm. It is to ensure that the educational tradition of St. Anselm will continue for many years to come. Please consider this fund when you are setting up your will. When you establish this you are preserving your Catholic values and passing them on to the next generation. If you need help with any issues regarding estate planning you should seek the advice of an

SCHOOL STARTS
Tuesday, September 7, 2010
The school day begins at 7:50 a.m. and it will end at the half day time of 11:30 a.m. There will not be bus service for this day.
Full days of school will begin on Wednesday, September 8th. Uniforms are to be worn starting the first day of school. If you have not received you school packet please call the school at 313/563-3430 or the rectory at (313) 565-4808 and let them know.

On Friday, September 10, 2010 we will offer an all school mass. The intention of the mass will be for the Healing of Sister Joan, our beloved 2nd grade teacher. We ask that if you would like to send a get well card to Sister you can do so at this time. If you have any questions please call the rectory at (313) 565-4808.
Please keep her in your prayers as she battles cancer.
